It offers policy advice and services in areas such as housing, urban planning, transport, waste management, and water and sanitation.

GIS Analyst:
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze spatial data using mapping software and design digital maps with geographic and other data sets.
- Perform geospatial analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within data.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of GIS databases.
- Produce high-quality maps, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate complex spatial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop GIS solutions that align with project goals.
- Ensure quality assurance of digitization processes and spatial datasets.
- Design maps that effectively describe and interpret findings for assigned projects.
- Analyze, interpret, and maintain spatial data to support project objectives.
- Oversee the quality of all data gathered from surveys and produced in the Spatial Data Engineering Section.
- Plan and coordinate GIS activities to align with outlined project goals.
- Support and participate in the design and development of geospatial databases.
- Collect, manage, and analyze field data for integration into GIS systems.
- Produce spatial data and related products in accordance with established standards.
- Prepare reports for assigned products, detailing findings and analyses.
- Report all activities, issues, and progress to the GIS Manager and Senior GIS Specialist.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior GIS Specialist to support the overall success of GIS projects.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the position as required.
