Job Responsibilities
- Being operationally and administratively directly reportable to COO. Coordinating and liaising
with all sector heads of the company to ensure implementation of office policies / procedures /
protocols and in day-to-day operations of the Company. - Act as liaison between COO and Senior Team to ensure proper coordination and follow-up on
different projects as well as overall business process of the Company. - Organize and coordinate the day-to-day schedule of the COO, including appointments, meetings,
and travel arrangements. - drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for internal/external
communication - Providing administrative support to COO through facilitation of communication on his behalf by
means of follow-up with letters, memos, reports, emails, telephone calls & managing electronic
diary. - Provide general administrative support, including taking phone calls, handling inquiries, and
managing the office calendar. - Maintain the electronic and paper files of the COO and ensure they are updated regularly.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Communicate effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate events and conferences as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the COO
